The Oasis Health Club is a friendly and welcoming health club that caters for all abilities and ages. We have a gym with over 165 pieces of equipment where we specialise in providing expert fitness advice with fully qualified instructors. We boast a good sized swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna on poolside. Our class studio is one of the largest in the area and we offer a varied class timetable which includes Body combat, Body pump, spinning, yoga, aqua, circuit training, step and more. We have a NEW relaxation room where you can enjoy some quiet time and you can book this alongside treatments in our New Beauty Salon Mind Body and Soul at Oasis. Within the club there is also the Hair Studio, Elite Physique Sports Therapy, Express Therapy physiotherapy and The Oasis Cafe Lounge.
