I help managers, leaders and business owners to develop their leadership skills, building confidence and improving performance. I provide tailored Coaching & Mentoring Packages to SME’s and Corporates.
I’ve navigated the corporate world, climbed the ladder, switched careers, retrained and dealt with the challenges this can bring and my mission is to help managers and leaders develop their leadership skills, find their authentic leadership style and have the courage to lead.
Coaching is delivered both face to face and via Microsoft Teams. Face to face sessions can take place at work premises, my home in North Lincolnshire or in a neutral location.
