0 followersAt Oatridge Coaching we believe in growth. Growth in our businesses is driven by the growth of our people and coaching can be a part of this. We see life as being a bit like a river. At times it flows fast, with rapids and other hazards – we might struggle to process and respond to everything that is happening or struggle to keep our head above the water. At other times the river flow is slow with eddies or stagnant pools where we feel like we’re stuck in the shallows and finding it difficult to move forward. This can be our experience in any area of our lives and balancing all of this can be a struggle in itself.
As coaches, we are like navigators and are passionate about helping you and your staff to navigate the currents of your lives so that you and your business can reach their potential, find a way forward and even enjoy some of those rapids! Through coaching we will listen, ask powerful questions and reflect back to enable you to make better decisions, identify challenges/goals and discover the solutions you need to move forward.
Sometimes, to overcome our challenges we just need some information on specific areas which is why we also offer bespoke workshops/training on various topics including having difficult conversations, listening skills and managing boundaries.
As part of enabling businesses to grow we also run a co-working event once a week (on Thursdays in term time) in Scunthorpe called Harbour. We host this at Crosby Collective where people / businesses can enjoy connecting, collaborating, co-working and coaching.
Oatridge Coaching Limited is run by Jonathan and Rachel Oatridge we are both directors and accredited, qualified coaches.
