A Portfolio or Virtual Finance Director (VFD) will provide your businesses with years of sharp end financial and management experience, at a fraction of the cost of employing a full-time equivalent. Our VFD’s will engage with you and your business on an ad-hoc or specific project basis to support and help you achieve your business objectives, whether this is growth, turnaround or exploring funding options in order to achieve key strategic goals.

Nick is also a qualified accountant, a member of both the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Institute of Directors as well as a commercially focused and dynamic CFO and Group Finance Director. He has over 30 years’ experience across multiple sectors which has enabled him to help clients raise funding, plan and prepare their business for sale, restructure and spearhead business turnarounds.
