Our dedicated Installers visit people’s homes and spend time understanding our customers’ needs and recommend equipment to help. We will work with our customers, carers and families to ensure the right is installed whilst providing information and choice.
Our 24hrs a day,365days a year alarm receiving and monitoring centre has staff waiting to hear from our customers they will support individuals to remain independent whilst offering reassurance and peace of mind for individuals and their families/carers.
We signpost customers and help them to get in touch with other services that could help.
