It is our experience through 1000’s hours of coaching and counselling, that most people do not understand how their mental health is impacted by everyday life.

We do a fairly good job in our society of educating individuals about how to be physically healthy and we are empowered to take care of our physical fitness.

We know that exercising daily and making good choices about our food and drinking water will lead to better physical fitness. But if were asked what three things could improve our mental fitness – many wouldn’t know where to begin.

Our Mental Fitness is for the majority of people, no different to our physical fitness. We can learn to understand how our brain works and make positive and conscious choices to look after our mental fitness.

Many do not know how to maintain their Mental Fitness and so wait and wait until a crisis before they talk about life.

At The Mental Fitness Company, our mission is to redress this imbalance.

For Individuals – We provide you with the tools to understand yourself so that you can make conscious choices which improve and maintain your Mental Fitness.

For Businesses – We want to build a support package that is tailored to your business and become your trusted partners for mental health First aid response.

When someone hurts themself physically, First Aiders are on hand to preserve life and ensure that their colleague receives the treatment they require. However, there is no such immediate response for those struggling with their mental health.

Our unique support packages provide a cost-effective alternative to expensive Employee Assistance Packages.

We are accredited with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists) which means we have undergone extensive training and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical practice.
