This event aims to enhance understanding of prevalent mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and other common mental conditions. It explores the prevalence of mental health conditions, as well as how to spot the symptoms of common mental health conditions, available support, and offers some options for interaction and engagement. Designed for a wide range of people including educators, professionals, and community advocates, this session fosters awareness, reduces stigma, and promotes early intervention strategies to create a more supportive environment (with direct links to working environments) for mental wellbeing.

This session is aimed at anyone interested in understanding more about common mental health conditions, although the workshop will have a section discussing how common mental health conditions impact employers.
