As a born and bred Grimbarian, supporting people to start their business and helping existing businesses to develop and grow of all sizes is an absolute joy for me. Entrepreneurial to the core, I have started my own business and still to this day remain heavily involved with our family business ICF (Grimsby) Ltd, the ups and downs and everything else that get’s thrown at SME’s.

Helping businesses, through one to one support, workshops, events and seminars, accessing grants to push businesses further and introducing people to the range of programmes available to develop and innovate is all part of my daily work at E-Factor.
