Our Installers visit people’s homes and spend time understanding our customers’ needs and recommend equipment to help. We will work with our customers if they are finding it challenging and make sure the equipment is best suited to their situation.
Our 24hrs a day,365days a year monitoring centre has staff waiting to hear from our customers and they will support individuals to remain independent whilst offering reassurance and peace of mind for individuals and their families/carers.
We can put customers in touch with other services that could help them as we get to know them and become aware if they are experiencing changes.
• The client pays a small monthly fee knowing help is a button press away and for providing peace of mind for themselves and their family.
