Be it through short term project leadership, strategic funding or youth work consultancy, we don’t claim to be the expert in your organisation, but instead journey with you or your organisation to achieve the goals and outcomes you are aiming for.
We specifically work with charities in 3 areas:
Strategic Grant Funding – www.fundingworx.co.uk – (current clients include St Andrew’s Hospice)
We work with your charity to set up sustainable systems and processes which allow you to bring in grant funding. In the last 3 years we have worked with St Andrew’s Hospice implementing systems and processes with have allowed them to successfully secure almost £1m in grant funding.

Charities can’t always afford to bring in Senior Level employees for a long period of time but at times projects require the experience, knowledge and insight required for a short period of time.
In 2019 – we were commissioned by YMCA England & Wales to develop and organise YMCA’s 175th Anniversary tour – visiting locations across the UK & NI including its launch in the Palace of Westminster and as the centre piece of the charities celebrations at the Excel Arena in London.

Youth work is where it all started for us – working with youth work volunteers and employees is our real passion – encouraging and training them to empower the young people they are working with to be the best they can be.
Understanding and putting informal education into practice is an on going and time consuming (but rewarding) process. We provide the space and time for youth workers to reflect and learn from their experiences which in turn creates the space for young people to do the same.
