E-Factor Business Helps New Start Business Venture Become Reality.
What Heartfelt at Home needed
Claire had a vision for her business – a provider that covered all areas of home help, assisting in any way she could. As a new business, Claire wanted support and advice to ensure she was setting up and operating in the most effective way possible. She had met the team at E-Factor whilst in previous employment and so, when the time came to start her venture, Claire got in touch with E-Factor’s Start-Up Business Advisor, Julie Sweeney.
How E-Factor helped
Julie and Claire met to discuss all areas of Heartfelt Home Help, covering business planning, growth accounting, marketing, and requirements such as DBS checks and insurance. Together, they came up with an action plan and it wasn’t long before Claire established a loyal base of weekly customers. Because of this, Claire made the decision to re-invest into the business and hire her first employee. Once again, Claire contacted Julie for employment and PAYE advice and support.
The Result
In April 2019, Claire was joined by her first employee, Hayley, and the business is now helping a growing number of customers across the region. Claire continues to meet with Julie to discuss progress and future plans of the business.
Claire said: “With E-Factor, I never feel like I’m under any pressure because they’re with me every step of the way. I can email, call, send a text whenever I have a question. I would never go anywhere else for advice.”
